IC Programming and Functional Test PCBA

Many assembly suppliers ship boards that are visually perfect but not programmed or verified. This service completes the PCBA in one flow: components are placed, firmware is flashed, and every unit passes ICT and a functional test cycle before packing, so boards arrive ready for the customer's end-of-line.

• ICT checks open/short, resistance, capacitance and diode polarity before power-up
• FCT runs the customer test plan: voltage rails, current draw, communication ports, relays, sensors and indicators
• Failed units go to a debug station with fault code recorded, not silently reworked
• Yield and failure Pareto reported with each shipment

Quality system

Assembled to IPC-A-610 Class 2 or Class 3. Facilities are ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949 and UL certified, with both China and Cambodia lines available.

Provide Gerber, BOM, firmware image, programming file and test specification. Test fixtures are quoted separately and can be shipped with the order. Prototype quantities start from one piece.
