1. What is one-stop service ?
From the components purchasing ,PCB fabrication and PCB assembly work,all will be done by Suntek to help customer save the time and cost.
2. How long is the quality guarantee period ?
It is 12 months.
3. Do you provide alternative solution ?
We have a stable and reliable supply chain at home.Some components are original in the BOM list,we will use professional alternative components after the customer 's approval to save cost or shorten the lead time.
4. Do you provide wire harness or box building service ?
Yes,we provide the one stop EMS solutions to our customers.
5. What is your normal lead time ?
For PCB/FPC bare board,usally 2 weeks.
For PCB assemby,usuallly 3-4weeks including components purchasing
6. What is MOQ ?
No MOQ requirement. 1pc is acceptable.
